Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at [KaleidoCraft Studio By BJo]. We take pride in our unique, made-to-order products. Please read our policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. The Nature of Our Business

KaleidoCraft Studio by BJo operates on a "print-on-demand" model. This means that we do not hold inventory; instead, each item is custom-made specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, our return policy differs slightly from traditional retail stores.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item (wrong design, style, or size from what was ordered), we will make it right at no extra cost to you.

• How to Report: Please contact us at [KaleidoCraft@icloud.com ] within 30 days of delivery.

• What to Include: You must include your Order Number and clear photos showing the issue (e.g., the damage to the item or the misprinted design).

• Resolution: Once the issue is verified, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference. You do not need to return the damaged item.


3. Sizing Exchanges & "Resize" Guarantee

Because our products are custom-printed just for you, we generally do not accept returns. However, we understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky online. We want you to love your fit!

If you ordered the wrong size:

We offer a one-time size exchange for a small replacement fee (to cover basic shipping and production costs).

• No Return Needed: You do not need to ship the original item back to us. We encourage you to donate it to a local charity or gift it to a friend!

• How to Claim: Please email us at [KaleidoCraft@icloud.com within [14] days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the new size you would like.

• Cost: We will send you a custom invoice for the replacement fee of $8.00 for production cost. Once paid, your new item will be put into production immediately.


Please Note:

• This policy applies to sizing issues only.

• We do not offer cash refunds for buyer's remorse (e.g., changing your mind about the color or design).

• This is a one-time courtesy offer per order.


4. Lost in Transit

If the carrier tracking indicates that your package was "Lost in Transit," please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to locate it. If the package is confirmed lost and was not delivered due to an error on our end or the carrier's end, we will send a replacement free of charge.

• Stolen Packages: If the tracking is marked "Delivered" but you did not receive it, we cannot cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order. We recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office.

5. Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

6. Cancellations

Since our products are made to order, production typically begins within [24] hours of the order being placed.

• Cancellation Window: You may request a cancellation within [2] hours of purchase.

• After Production Begins: Once an order has entered the production phase, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
